Biography
Snéjina Roussinova-Zdravkova
Born in Sliven in a family of actors, which later determined her professional development. She graduated with a degree in French philology from Veliko Tarnovo University and also studied classical singing.
Renowned as a theater translator of all the plays of Eric-Emmanuel Schmitt, a lot of plays by Yasmina Reza, Francis Veber, Jean Anouilh, Florian Zeller, Salomé Lelouch, as well as texts by many contemporary authors writing in French, known for her translations into French of Bulgarian plays and film scripts.
She has translated and subtitled numerous opera librettos. She works as a language coach of singers for their participation in French operas.
