Biography of artist Dimitar Sharkov

Dimitar Sharkov has directed television shows, performances, concert, music and New Year’s programs, theatrical production and feature films.

He is a bearer of international awards from the following television festivals:

Eurovision’s international contest “At Danup’s”, “Children’s drama”, a Eurovision project, “At Zhenyos’”, “Golden Antenna” and “Golden Chest”.

He has directed the following TV productions:

“Green Hedgehog” (story by Yordan Radichkov), “Colorful World” by Nikolay Haitov, “Balkan Syndrome” by Stanislav Stratiev, “Dyakon Levski’s Last Supper” by Stefan Tsanev, “Zmeino” by Petko Todorov, “The Book of Kings” by Margarit Minkov.

He is the author and director of the following music and New Year’s programs:

“Silver Flocks”, “A Toast to the New Year”, “Europe Express”, “Endless Fiesta”, “Chaos at 7/8”, “Crickets in Winter”, “The Flying Brass Band”, “The New Year’s Gadfly”

He has directed and written the script of the following documental films:
