Darina Toneva

Darina Toneva was born in Sofia. In 2020 she graduated from the National School of Dance Art (NSDA) with excellent marks and she was handed out a diploma by the Director of NSDA for excellent marks and high achievements in the art of dance.

Since 2020 she has been part of the ballet of the Sofia Opera and Ballet.

• DWC Romanian Qualifier, Bucharest (10 March 2012) – First Prize;
• Little Stars International Children’s Ballet Competition, Sofia (2013) – First Prize;
• Seventeenth National Meeting of Young Ballet Performers “Anastas Petrov”, Dobrich (2015) – Distinction First Degree;
• Seventeenth National Meeting of Young Ballet Performers “Anastas Petrov”, Dobrich (2015) – Special Prize for artistry by the Nina Kiradzhieva Fund;
• Little Stars International Children’s Ballet Competition, Sofia (2015) – First Prize;
• Tallinn International Ballet Competition (2016) – Second Prize in Age group “B” (age of 15-17);
• Istanbul International Ballet Competition (2016) – Second Prize in Age group “B” (age of 15-17);
• Eighteenth National Meeting of Young Ballet Performers “Anastas Petrov”, Dobrich (2017) – Distinction First Degree;
• Varna International Ballet Competition (2018).
