Dear friends!

This week concludes the broadcast of “Der Ring des Nibelungen” on BNT 2: Plamen Kartaloff’s wonderful production with which he set the tetralogy for the second time.

On Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, starting from 23.25, viewers will be able to see the three parts of “Götterdämmerung”: the finale of the story of the ring which bestows great power but also brings death.

Starring in the performance’s TV recording: Plamen Dimitrov, Atanas Mladenov, Petar Buchukov, Yordanka Derilova, Tsvetana Bandalovska, Martin Iliev, Ayla Dobreva, Ina Petrova, Alxandrina Stoyanova-Andreeva, Tsveta Sarambelieva, Lyubov Metodieva and Kamelia Kader.

With the participation of the Sofia Opera orchestra under the conductorship of Konstantin Trinks.

Plamen Kartaloff is the director of both the performance and the TV recording; scenography headed by Hans Kudlich; costumes by Hristiyana Zorbalieva. Andrew Haidinyak handled artistic lighting and Ivan Lipchev: multimedia scenography.

Milen Ivanov, Bronislava Ignatova, Georgi Iliev and Katya Grueva worked together with the BNT team.

The entire tetralogy is broadcast with Bulgarian subtitles.
