The performances "Zorba the Greek" on 1 March 2024 and "La Bayadère" on 2 March 2024 move to Hall 1 of the National Palace of Culture on 27 February ("La Bayadère") and 28 February ("Zorba the Greek")

1. The tickets for the performances in Hall 1 of the National Palace of Culture "Zorba the Greek", on 28.02.2024 at 19:00 and "La Bayadère", on 27.02.2024 at 19:00 h can be re-verified from 01.02. to 20.02.2024 at the NPC Ticket Office. It is necessary to present the printed electronic tickets or tickets with a receipt.

Other possibilities:

2. Reconfirmation of purchased tickets for another upcoming performance from the Opera's program of your choice. It is necessary to present the printed electronic tickets or tickets with a receipt to the Box Office (1, Vrabcha Street) by 01.03.2024.

3. Issue of a voucher for the value of the purchased tickets, which can only be used against a ticket for a performance of your choice from the Opera's programme. The voucher is valid for a period of 6 (six) months from the date of issue. It is necessary to present the printed electronic tickets or tickets with a receipt to the Box Office (1, Vrabcha Street) by 01.03.2024.

4. Reimbursement of the amount paid by 01.03.2024. It is necessary to present the printed electronic tickets or tickets with a receipt at the Box Office (1, Vrabcha Street). If you wish to be reimbursed by bank transfer, please send your request to sales@operasofia.bg, attaching your electronic tickets and writing the full name of the account holder and IBAN. Only refunds for tickets purchased online and paid for by bank transfer will be made by bank transfer. The refund period is up to 30 days after the request is submitted.
