Today the Sofia Opera tours Stara Zagora during the 54th Opera and Ballet arts festival with the first part of the “Der Ring des Nibelungen” tetralogy by Richard Wagner: “Das Rheingold”

Evan-Alexis Christ will conduct the performance while Plamen Kartaloff’s impressive directorship will be brought to life by singers Veselin Mihaylov, Mariana Tsvetkova, Plamen Dimitrov, Daniel Ostretsov, Krasimir Dinev, Petar Buchkov, Stefan Vladimirov, Svetozar Rangelov, Silvana Pravcheva, Hrisimir Damyanov, Vesela Yaneva, Stanislava Momekova, Ina Petrova and Alexandrina Stoyanova-Andreeva. With the participation of students from the National school of stage and music arts "Hristina Morfova" with director Krasimir Kashev, mentor Mirena Mitreva and children from the youth opera and ballet studio "Margaritki" at the National opera of Stara Zagora with mentor Zhasmina Cholakova.
