Dear spectators,
The purchase of tickets means acceptance of the present terms.
Each visitor must:
- check the title, the date, the place and the hour of the spectacle, printed on the ticket;
- keep his ticket, together with the till receipt, till the end of the spectacle.
We don’t refund sums or issue duplicates for stolen, lost or damaged by the client tickets.
Because the spectacles are performed in the open air, Sofia Opera and Ballet reserves the right to change the date, the place and the hour of the spectacle. By worsening of the atmosphere conditions it is possible there to be a delay or interruptions of the spectacle. The spectacle is considered for performed, if it has reached the middle of Act I.
In case that the spectacle is cancelled because of reasons, connected with force major, like earthquake, worsening of the atmosphere conditions, strike, lockout, fire, epidemic, National mourning, State decree, order of the local authorities, terroristic act or what so ever other reasons outside of the human control, the Sofia Opera and Ballet is exempt from its obligations to perform the spectacle.
Forbidden is the admission of children under five.
Forbidden is to bring and use recording devices, professional cameras and video cameras, as well as to take pictures with phones and other devices. It is not allowed to bring food and drinks. Smoking is forbidden. Animals are not admitted.
By broadcasting of the event on the TV, the visitors gives his permission to be shot with all technical means and the recordings, made during the event or in connection with it, to be used free of charge, without limitation of time and place.
