The audience of the Sofia Opera joined the charitable activity for collecting money for aids of the affected from the village of Hitrino.
Spectators of the spectacle "Norma" by Vincenzo Bellini on the 15th of January made voluntary donations at the total amount of BGN 2468. This way they responded to the initiative of the Minister of Culture Vezhdi Rashidov, supported by our first theatre. A commission from the Sofia Opera fixed the amount of the collected money, which were transferred to the special collection account "Hitrino" of the Bulgarian Red Cross.
The Sofia Opera expresses its sincere gratitude to the audience for their voluntary donations for Hitrino.
