The theatre is on holiday till 22.08.

On September 4, the Sofia Opera will visit Ljubljana, Slovenia, with "Tristan and Isolde" by Richard Wagner. The guest performance is in the frame of "The Days of Sofia" in Ljubljana, organized by the Sofia Municipality.

From September 12 to 17 the Sofia Opera will present "The Ring of the Nibelung" by Richard Wagner in Füssen, Germany.

From October 5 to 22 the Sofia Opera will be on tour in Japan with performances of "Prince Igor" by Borodin and "Turandot" by Puccini.

The opening of the 2015/2016 season is on November 1 at 19:00 with the premiere of the first Bulgarian historical opera "Borislav" by Maestro Georgi Atanasov.
