Biography
Eunseong Jeong is a Korean tenor, who graduated from the Pusan National University Music Department and he has been selected to participate in the Daegu Opera House 2023 Opern Studio Program.
He has performed on many stages with diverse repertoire, including main roles, minor roles and being a choir member, in operas such as La Boheme in 2019, creative opera Chunhyang-jeon by Hyun Jae-myung in 2020; in 2021, he took part in the L’elisir d’amore opera, and in Busan Season Opera in Le Nozze di Figaro, as well as in the creative opera That name is a distant cloud, in a concert performance of Carmen, and in the Opera Gala Concert With a Commentary, performed in order to wish successful construction of the Busan Opera House.
In 2022, he also performed in La Bohème, staged by the Busan Season Opera. Starting from May 2023, he will perform as Normano of Lucia di Lamermoor at the Busan Season Opera Preview Gala Concert, A Night of Song and Opera Ensemble, at the Eulsukdo Island Culture Center and as choir member at the Ulsan University’s of La Bohème.
