Biography
Sofia Tsutsakova-Abenanty was born in Sandanski. She began her professional education in 2003 at the National School of Dance Art and graduated in 2012. After that she joined the Milwaukee Ballet II for Season 2012-2013 under the direction of Michael Pink. She started dancing at the Sofia Opera and Ballet under the direction of Sara-Nora Krysteva since 2013 up to this day. In 2019 she became soloist ballerina.
Awards:
- Little Stars International Ballet Competition 2009 – Distinction Third Degree;
- Anastas Petrov National Ballet Competition 2012 – Distinction Third Degree;
- Varna International Ballet Competition 2018 – Third Prize and Bronze Medal.
