Kiril Manolov

Kiril Manolov was born in Sofia, where he studied opera singing at the National Academy of Music. He was prize holder of various international singing competitions in Sofia, Wien, Warsaw, Barcelona and Brescia.

His repertoire includes the main bariton roles of Nabucco, Simon Boccanegra, Aida, Rigoletto, Falstaff, La Traviata, Un Ballo in maschera, Tosca, Il Barbiere di Siviglia, Carmen, Andrea Chenier, and etc.

Manolov is a frequent guest in biggest opera theaters and opera festivals in Europa, U.S.A and Japan.

Berlin, Roma, Copenhagen, Barcelona, Siviglia, Parma, Lisbon, Chicago, Tokyo is his last working destination. In collaboration with the most famous producers, stage directors and conductors of our time like Riccardo Muti, Carlo Rizzi, Daniel Oren, Damiano Micheletto, David McVicar  and etc.
