Biography
She graduated in opera singing in 2021 at the conservatorio Alessandro Scarlatti in Palermo with full of marks and honours.
Currently she is studying with Gianluca Valenti.
She debuted numerous operatic roles such as:
- Celidora in the "Oca del Cairo "by Mozart at the Teatro Massimo in Palermo.
- Violetta in the "Duello Comico" by Mozart at the Teatro Massimo in Palermo.
- Bastiana in the "Bastiano e Bastiana" at the Teatro Massimo in Palermo.
- Amital in the "Betulia liberata" by Mozart at the Teatro Politeama Garibaldi in Palermo.
- La rosa and La volpe in the Contemporary opera "Il piccolo principe” by Enrico Melozzi at the Teatro salone Margherita in Rome.
- Maria in the “Valigie di occasione” by Joe Schittino at the Teatro Coccia In Novara.
- Berenice in “L’occasione fa il ladro” by Rossini at the Teatro Coccia in Novara.
- Königin der Nacht in “Il flauto magico - il suono della pace” by Mozart at the Teatro Sociale in Como and several other Italian theaters such as Ponchielli in Cremona, Valli in Reggio Emilia, Teatro Grande in Brescia.
-Papagena in “Die Zauberflöte” by W. A. Mozart at the Teatro Sociale in Como, Teatro Ponchielli in Cremona, Teatro Fraschini in Pavia and Teatro Grande in Brescia.
-Papagena in “Die Zauberflöte” by W. A. Mozart at the Teatro Verdi in Trieste.
-Adina in “L’elisir d’amore” by G. Donizetti at the Spazio Teatro 89 in Milano.
-Frasquita in “Carmen” by G. Bizet at the Arena di Verona.
Her repertoire includes also other roles such as Olympia from “Les contes d’Hoffmann”, Norina from “Don Pasquale”, Musetta from “La boheme”, Gilda from “Rigoletto”, Fanny from “Cambiale di Matrimonio” and many others.
Chiara has attended masterclasses with renowned teachers such as Mark Markham, Desiree Rancatore, Celso Albolo, Roberto De Candia, Marianna Pizzolato, Michele D'Elia, Giulio Zappa, and Rosa Feola.
Since 2018 she won numerous international competitions:
- "Premio giovani" in the International Competition "Isabella Colbran Rossini" (2018) in Salerno.
- "2° prize" in the International Competition "Silvia Carrubba" in Trapani (2018)
- "Special prize as.li. co." (teatro Sociale di Como) in the international competition "Andrea Chenier "in Foggia. (2019)
- Finalist in the international competition" Piemonte voci dal mondo "in Torino (2019)
- “Second prize" in the international competition "Città di Penne" in Penne (2019)
- 1° prize "in the International Competition "Capri gold Voice" in Capri. (2021)
- 1° prize" in the international competition "Valerio Gentile" in Fasano (2021)
- Finalist in the International Competition "Salvatore Licitra" in Milano. (2021)
-1° prize in the international competition Gino Marinuzzi in Terrasini (2022)
