Biography
Julia Maniero graduated with distinction from the Royal Academy of Dance in London.
In 2004 she attended the audition at La Scala Theatre Ballet School in Milan. In the period 2011 – 2014 she continued her education at Teatro dell’Opera di Roma Ballet School in Rome.
Right away she began working in the private ballet troupes in Rome – “Department of Visual Arts” and “Astra Roma Ballet”.
In 2015 she signed a contract as artist-ballerina from the ensemble of the ballet of the Kishinev National Theatre (Moldova). There she danced in many ballets from the theatre's repertoire, and since 2017 she was nominated for soloist, performing roles in “The Nutcracker”, “The Sleeping Beauty”, “Swan Lake”.
Since 2019 she has been part of the corps-de-ballet of the Sofia Opera and Ballet.
