On the 20^th and the 26^th of October, our audience enjoyed two showings of the opera “Lohengrin” under the conductorship of Evan-Alexis Christ. Two singers debuted during the first performance on the 20^th of October: Daniel Ostretsov as Lohengrin and Gergana Rusekova as Ortrud.

Also starring: Kostadin Andreev as Lohengrin, Tsvetana Bandalovska and Radostina Nikolaeva as princess Elsa von Brabant, Ventseslav Anastasov as count Friedrich von Telramund, Gabriela Georgieva as Ortrud, Bjartni Thor Christinson as king Heinrich der Vogler, Atanas Mladenov as the King’s messenger and Kalin Dushkov as duke Gottfried.

With the participation of the Sofia Opera orchestra and choir, with Violeta Dimitrova as choir conductor and the BNR male choir under the conductorship of Lyubomira Alexandrova.
