Arias by Giacomo Puccini, Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov, Giuseppe Verdi, Lyubomir Pipkov, Umberto Giordano and Georges Bizet are included in the programme of Sofia Vespers.

The concert in the chamber hall of the Sofia Opera and Ballet is on 12 March. Among the performers are Gabriela Georgieva and Veselin Mihaylov. On the grand piano will be Milen Stanev.

"One of the next editions will be only with Bulgarian arias. We want to restore Bulgarian traditions in opera. Connoisseurs who love opera want to listen to such works. We want to make an edition with tenors and popular canzonets," Daniel Damyanov, soloist at Sofia Evening Opera, told the "Something More" programme.”
