Sofia Opera and Ballet invites the admirers of ballet art on 26 January (Wednesday) at 19:00 h to the spectacle “Swan Lake”.

More than 100 years already, the ballet “Swan Lake” has been an example of music and dance perfection. Not by chance this is the most popular ballet title, which fills the theatre and the opera saloons everywhere in the world and it is liked very much by the mature audience, as well as by the young, even children’s audience.

Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky’s beautiful music, the fairy-tale story about the enchanted Princess Odette and Prince Siegfried, the perfect choreography by the great ballet masters Lev Ivanov and Marius Petipa turn the ballet into a priceless work of art.

In the lead roles the spectators will see Boryana Petrova as Odette-Odile and Tsetso Ivanov as Prince Siegfried.
