Limited number of days remain until the opening of the newest open stage of the Sofia Opera and Ballet – "Muses of Water", situated at Lake Pancharevo. 

The first title on the playbill is the musical "Мamma Mia!", production of the stage director Plamen Kartaloff, which will be performed on 26, 27 and 28 June 2020 at 20 h. Till the moment, it was presented with exceptional success 50 times before Bulgarian audience.

The admirers of the opera will have the pleasure to see "Das Rheingold" by Richard Wagner on 24 and 25 July at 21 h.

The programme includes also the ballet productions of "Swan Lake" by P.I. Tchaikovsky on 3, 4, 5 and 10 July at 20 h, "Zorba the Greek" by Mikis Theodorakis on 11 and 19 July at 20 h and "Carmina Burana" by Carl Orff on 12 and 18 July at 20 h.

"Muses of Water" – Lake Pancharevo is a guest stage of the festival "Opera in the Park" of the G.S. Rakovski Academy of Defence. 

The project is part of the Calendar of cultural events of Sofia Municipality for 2020 and is under the Patronage of the Mayor of Sofia Mrs. Yordanka Fandakova and the administration of the Mayor of Pancharevo Region Mr. Nikolay Gyurov.
